Clients are responsible for providing necessary access to accounts (e.g., website CMS, ad accounts) required for Digital Hybrid Studios LLC to perform the agreed-upon services.
Payment schedules for marketing retainers and project-based work will be detailed in your invoice. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension of campaign activities.
Unless otherwise agreed, creative assets developed for your campaigns remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Methodologies and proprietary tools remain the property of Digital Hybrid Studios LLC.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement.
